Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Accounting Manager responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting operations, GST compliance & return filing financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing activities, and accounting controls. The role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timely preparation of financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Education:
❖Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
❖5–6 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
❖Robust experience in General Ledger, financial reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR, month-end and year-end closing.
❖Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP for U.S. accounting operations.
❖Experience with ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
❖Experience in budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and audit coordination.
❖Knowledge of applicable tax and statutory compliance requirements.




❖CPA, CMA, CA, ACCA & IFRS certification is preferred with hands on experience in handling international operations.

Experience:
❖5-6 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with increasing responsibility in general accounting, financial reporting, and financial operations.
❖Proven experience managing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.
❖Experience in GST compliance & return filing.
❖Experience preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
❖Practical experience with U.S. GAAP, accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
❖Experience coordinating internal and external audits, responding to audit queries, and implementing corrective actions.
❖Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, variance analysis,
