Role Description The Co-Founder role at AYUTVA is a full-time, in office position based in Agartala. This role involves shaping the strategic direction of the initiative, leading core programs in research, education, and innovation, and building partnerships with healthcare institutions, academic organizations, and technology collaborators.



The Co-Founder will oversee day-to-day operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include supporting grant and funding efforts, contributing to scientific and educational content, and representing AYUTVA in professional networks and events. The role requires close collaboration with other leaders to grow AYUTVA into a sustainable, high-impact organization in the healthy aging space.
