About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Statutory Compliance and Labour Law Compliance . The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities along with statutory and contract labour compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and management.
- Manage offer, negotiation, joining and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.

2. HR Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus and Gratuity .
- Maintain statutory registers, records and required documentation.
- Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
- Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions/payments.

3. Contract Labour Compliance

- Manage and coordinate Contract Labour / Labour Contractor compliance .
- Verify contractor statutory documents and records.
- Ensure compliance related to contract workers, attendance, wages and statutory contributions.




- Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders for compliance requirements.

4. HR Operations & Documentation

- Maintain employee and statutory records.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS and compliance documentation.
- Support HR audits and internal compliance checks.
- Coordinate with employees, contractors and management for HR-related requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA / MSW / MLW preferred.
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience .
- Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment + HR Statutory Compliance .
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and Labour Laws .
- Experience in Contract Labour Compliance will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment and compliance activities.
