SGM Group operates in the real estate sector and is seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to support customer outreach and business development activities in Gurgaon. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are confident communicators and interested in building a career in customer engagement and real estate sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Explain property offerings, understand customer requirements, and share relevant information.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversations, and next actions.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and achieve assigned outreach goals.
- Provide timely and professional responses while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience may apply.
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfort with making regular customer calls and following up on leads.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain simple records.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach and willingness to learn about real estate products.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a qualified attitude are preferred.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000 and will contribute directly to customer engagement and lead-generation efforts for SGM Group.
