Role Description The Nursing Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based at Baby Joy Fertility & IVF Centre in West Delhi. The role involves overseeing daily nursing operations, including staff scheduling, workload allocation,



and adherence to clinical protocols across fertility and IVF services. The Nursing Supervisor ensures high standards of patient care, coordinates with physicians, embryologists, and counselors, and supports safe medication administration and critical care interventions when required. Responsibilities include mentoring and guiding nursing staff, monitoring compliance with infection control and safety procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with the management team to optimize patient flow, enhance patient experience, and uphold regulatory and organizational standards.
