Description
Lead finance transformation initiatives through requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Utilize robust functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations and enhancement projects
• Facilitate workshops to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design and configure Workday Financial modules aligned with business needs




• Manage testing phases including data validation, SIT, UAT, and support defect resolution
• Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation and process flows
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and identify opportunities for process optimization

Requirements
• Workday Financials certification is preferred
• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting processes, requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management
