Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end closing, AP/AR, and supporting management with accurate financial information.
Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Handle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and other accounting adjustments.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, and MIS reports.
• Perform financial calculations, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, outstanding receivables, and payables.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams as required.




• Review the work of junior accounting team members and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Added Advantage• Exposure to US accounting or US-based clients.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or lending.
• Familiarity with US-specific financial or interest calculations.
