We are looking for an experienced Critical Infrastructure Engineer to manage and improve the reliability of critical infrastructure in Telecom/Data Center environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Critical Infrastructure Engineers/Technicians.Monitor and analyze power, cooling, environmental systems, alarms and infrastructure trends.Identify recurring alarms, noisy sites and infrastructure risks.Perform Top Talker analysis and drive permanent corrective actions.Manage infrastructure backlog, ageing tickets and preventive maintenance.Identify EOL/EOS equipment and support equipment refresh/replacement planning.Prepare RCA reports, dashboards, SOPs/MOPs and management reports.Coordinate with Engineering, Vendors, OEMs and Field teams for issue resolution.Drive proactive reliability improvements and reduce repeat incidents.
Must Have:
6+ years of experience in Critical Infrastructure / Data Center / Telecom.Prior experience leading technical teams.Robust knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and alarm analysis.Experience with BMS/DCIM/EMS platforms.Experience in RCA, backlog management and preven
