? Key Responsibilities• Generate qualified B2B leads for IT/software services
• Research and identify potential international clients
• Use LinkedIn, Apollo, email outreach and other lead-generation tools
• Identify key decision-makers such as CTOs, IT Managers and Business Heads
• Build and maintain prospect databases
• Conduct email/LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups
• Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain lead-generation reports and CRM data
? What We’re Looking For✅ 1–3 years of experience in B2B/IT Lead Generation
✅ Positive knowledge of LinkedIn and lead-generation tools
✅ Strong communication and research skills
✅ Experience in international client/market research will be an advantage
✅ Good understanding of the IT services industry
