Job Summary

Leads a team of solution engineers responsible for the development, design, integration, and delivery of business solutions. Establishes and enforces standards for solution architecture, documentation, and delivery excellence. Partners with architects, product managers, and business leaders to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise goals, scalable across platforms, and optimized for efficiency, performance, and cost. Develops team capability and fosters collaboration across engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Leads a team of solution engineers responsible for translating business needs into integrated technical solutions or systems of solutions, analyzing business processes and systems to identify integration and optimization opportunities. Oversees the development of solution or systems of solutions designs that deliver capabilities that enhance process efficiency, scalability, and alignment with enterprise strategies. Facilitates collaboration across business, product, and technical stakeholders to deliver cohesive solution designs.



Establishes governance and review processes to ensure commercial-off-the-shelf and custom-built solutions are analyzed against consistent technical and business criteria. Guides and supervises design documentation quality, ensures compliance with architectural standards, cybersecurity regulations and validates that testing activities confirm solution readiness. Works closely with product managers, architects, and technical leads to ensure delivery timelines, quality and safety standards, and technical dependencies are effectively managed. Provides direction, guidance, and governance for solution or system implementation. Manages escalations with vendors, negotiates technical resolutions, and ensures all deliverables meet contractual parameters for quality, cost, data privacy, schedule, and security.
