About the RoleWe are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our product and engineering team. You will work closely with senior BAs, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable software requirements.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a strong product/BA professional in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
You will spend your day talking to stakeholders, asking the right questions, documenting requirements, supporting Agile ceremonies, and helping the team ship features that solve real customer problems.
Hindi fluency is mandatory for this role, as the candidate will be required to communicate with Hindi-speaking stakeholders/clients.




Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Documentation• Engage with internal stakeholders and end-users to elicit business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and observation.
• Draft and maintain clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Create wireframes, process flows, and straightforward mock-ups to illustrate requirements using tools like Figma, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment before development begins.

Agile Delivery• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain user stories, epics, and tasks; keep the backlog clean, prioritized, and up to date.
