We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade data platforms leveraging Microsoft Fabric. This role focuses on data engineering, platform architecture, and enterprise data integration, transforming fragmented data landscapes into robust, automated, and scalable data platforms. You will play a key role in enabling enterprise analytics by designing modern Lakehouse architectures, building reliable ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensuring high-performing, scalable data solutions while driving the adoption of modern DevOps-driven data engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
Data Platform & DevOps
• Design and maintain Fabric deployment pipelines across Dev, UAT, and Production environments
• Implement CI/CD practices using Git (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
• Automate environment parameterization (data sources, Lakehouses, endpoints)
• Define and enforce development standards, governance, and documentation

Data Engineering (Microsoft Fabric)




• Architect scalable data platforms using Medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
• Build and orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2)
• Develop transformations using PySpark and SQL
• Design and maintain Fabric Lakehouses and Warehouses
• Integrate data from enterprise systems (e.g. SAP HANA, Azure SQL, APIs, Snowflake)

Performance & Platform Reliability
• Optimize end-to-end data pipelines for performance and scalability
• Ensure high standards of data quality, reliability, and maintainability
• Support scalable and effective data processing across the platform

Business Collaboration
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand and define data requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable data engineering solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise data platforms
