We're hiring a Meta Ads Specialist at Adwide Media

Most of our work revolves around social growth, content, and influencer strategies for brands. But great content only goes so far if it isn't backed by ads that actually perform. That's where you come in.

We need someone who genuinely loves performance marketing and knows how to turn ad spend into a steady pipeline of leads, especially for real estate clients.

What you'll actually do:
* Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for multiple clients, with a solid focus on real estate lead generation.
* Build smart audience strategies, from lookalikes to retargeting, and test creatives, copy, and placements to maximize lead volume without compromising quality.
* Track cost per lead, ROAS, and conversion rates closely,



and optimize relentlessly, because for this role, maximizing leads is the number one priority.

What matters to us:
* You have 1-3 years of experience running Meta Ads, with real estate or high-intent lead generation campaigns (preferably agency-side).
* You're comfortable with Ads Manager, Pixel, and conversion tracking, and you've managed real budgets to hit aggressive lead targets.
* You can look at a dashboard and know exactly what to fix to push more leads in.
