Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives for a fast-growing US-focused B2B SaaS company that builds a growth platform for dental practices. The platform covers AI call handling, practice analytics, and patient communication tools, and is used by 5,000+ providers in the US.

This is a founding SDR pod of 5–10 reps reporting to the Senior SDR Manager. You will own a defined book of US dental practices. Your job is to start conversations with decision-makers and turn them into qualified demos for Account Executives. You will also help build the team's scripts, sequences, and outbound playbook from the ground up.

• Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office, 5 days a week)
• Shift: US shift, full time
• CTC: ₹12–15 LPA + variable (75% fixed / 25% variable, paid on qualified demos held)
• Transport: No cab facility; candidates must manage their own commute
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities

• Run high-volume daily outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, LinkedIn,



and other social channels to reach practice owners and office managers in the US.
• Hold real discovery conversations, qualify prospects against the ICP, and book quality meetings on AE calendars.
• Manage your assigned segment or territory cleanly, without overlap with teammates.
• Log every call, email, and touchpoint in HubSpot CRM the same day and keep pipeline data accurate.
• Follow a disciplined daily rhythm: morning standup, then focused power-calling blocks.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to AEs with complete context on prospect needs and objections.
• Contribute to building the team's call scripts, email sequences, and objection-handling frameworks.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Inside Sales, or outbound sales roles.
• At least 1 year of cold outbound experience for a SaaS or software product, including ownership of a pipeline or meeting target. Inbound, support, or account management experience alone does not q
