Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA.



The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and develop relationships with potential and existing clients in the real estate and proptech ecosystem. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospects via calls, meetings, and digital channels, presenting Square Yards’ solutions, and managing end-to-end sales cycles. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Business Development Executive will also support account management activities, including follow-ups, cross-selling, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
