Your responsibilities

• In the Office or WFH : Review site project work package: SoW, Site Instructions, Installation manuals, Risks Analysis & Safety plans ensuring all works are in line with the company standards and Client specification.
• Study project documentation, prepare detail report about changes made on site and cooperate to the engineering offices
• Define, in conjunction with Project Manager and Commissioning Manager the commissioning strategy and the associated schedule ensuring they adhere to contract.
• At site: Inspect and evaluate status of delivered items and proactively identify potential issues, and promptly report them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Work closely with the project team to develop effective solutions and ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies pertaining to process analysers and sample conditioning systems
• Perform commissioning, operating, and maintaining process analysers and sample conditioning systems,



such as gas chromatographs, pH meters, conductivity analysers, tunable diode lasers etc.
• Technical assurance during commissioning/start-up and run phases, and preventive maintenance program development is essential. Must demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of complex analyser issues and develop effective, technically sound solutions.The specialist should also have capabilities in leading Management of Change processes, mentoring technicians, and participating in incident investigations and testing phases. Practical knowledge of analyser data acquisition systems (e.g., AMADAS) and compliance with regulatory and company standards is critical.
• Key methodologies: preventative/corrective maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and testing against standards; use AMADAS data acquisition systems for historization and SQC (Statistica; Quality Control) charts; interpret P&IDs;,
