Company Description
This role’s primary responsibility is to ensure that Global Data Privacy Program core activities are implemented into all areas of Publicis’ business within the scope of the role. This position should have knowledge of data privacy laws that are applicable to the market, adtech, and advertising industry. The position will coordinate across global, senior-level business, engineering, and system administration stakeholders to implement the data privacy program under the direction of the Global Data Privacy Program Lead and the Global Data Privacy Office. This role will navigate between strategic business objectives and systems/process concepts and must possess skill to balance both in order to execute efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Support implementing and managing the Data Privacy Program under the direction of the Global Data Privacy Program Lead
• Collaborate closely with Publicis Groupe´s Global Data Privacy Office, regional DPOs as well as the Global Security Office to ensure alignment between Groupe´s global data privacy practices and programs




• Ensure documentation, reporting and processes are established within the market per global data privacy standards and guidelines

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Supports development, implementation, and management of the data privacy program core activities, collaborating across stakeholders and internal divisions
• Accountable for reporting across activities and agencies/business units within scope, ensuring accuracy in reporting and comprehensive visibility. Able to anticipate stakeholder priorities and questions.
• Spearheads initiatives under the guidance of team leadership that help mature the program
• Potentially serves as a subject matter expert for privacy standards with a focus on India privacy and data protection laws and regulations, as they relate to the ad tech and media industry, in addition to global data privacy laws that may impact client and agency obligations
