Hamd Holdings is a Dubai-based group of growing companies. Our brands include Special Minds (SEN staffing, placement and clinical support), Magnetic Keys (marketing agency) and Hamd Beauty (home-service salon), with more to come.

THE ROLE
You will own the accounting and financial management for Hamd Holdings and all brands under it. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across all group
entities• Handle invoicing, receivables, payables and contractor payments
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and month-end closing
• Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow reports per brand and at group level
• Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings and compliance
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control




• Coordinate with external auditors and banks
• Set up and improve financial processes as the group grows

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a rela
ted field• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
• Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books or QuickBooks preferred)
• Strong Excel skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple entities
• Valuable written and spoken English
