About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to become the technical backbone of our Customer Success team.
You will turn complex enterprise requirements into robust, scalable applications built on the Workhall platform. You will own requirements gathering, solution design, data modelling, integrations, and technical implementation.
This is a senior, hands-on solutioning role for someone who can confidently whiteboard an architecture, make technical decisions, and then configure and build the solution themselves.
You will also act as the deep technical reference point for our implementation partners and help delivery teams solve complex technical challenges.
What You’ll Do1. Solution Design & Architecture• Own end-to-end solution design on the Workhall platform, including:
• Data lists
• Workflows
• Roles and permissions
• Reports
• Expression and business logic
• Translate ambiguous enterprise requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Design solutions that avoid one-off hacks and remain maintainable as customer requirements evolve.
• Make and defend data-modelling decisions, including denormalisation and relationship patterns.
• Consider performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability when designing solutions on a document-database platform.
