Role Description
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute the marketing strategy for each brand, namely Fountain Sizzlers, Hammer & Song, Flamboyante, and Eat Right Chef.
• Prepare quarterly marketing budgets to support planned activities.
• Coordinate with content creators to organize photoshoots and videoshoots.
• Work with the performance marketing agency and also manage in-house performance ads.
• Manage PR agencies and collaborate with key influencers.
• Develop brand partnerships and tie-ups.
• Run CRM and loyalty programs, including WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with vendors,
aggregators, and other key external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with designers for artworks and brand collateral.
• Conduct internal marketing and hold staff briefings with marketing updates.
• Play a key marketing role as part of the opening team for current restaurants.
• Oversee marketing-related IT software and website management.
• Manage Instagram posting through a content calendar, create stories, respond to DMs, and forward customer queries to managers.
• Organize events and activations across restaurants.
• Coordinate with offline marketing agencies, printers, and other collateral producers.
• Report to the Strategy & Operations Director and lead the marketing team.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing is preferable.
• On-site role in South Mumbai (Cuffe Parade).
• 6-day work week.
