Role Description The Area Technical Manager – Mortgage will oversee technical evaluation and due diligence of properties for mortgage lending in the New Delhi region. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting site visits, verifying legal and technical documents,



assessing property valuations, and ensuring adherence to internal credit and risk policies. The individual will coordinate with business, credit, legal, and operations teams to resolve technical issues, mitigate risks, and support timely loan approvals and disbursements. The role includes monitoring portfolio quality, providing technical guidance to branch teams, and maintaining accurate records and reports for audits and compliance. The Area Technical Manager will also contribute to process improvements, vendor management, and training of internal stakeholders on technical aspects of mortgage lending.
