This role is accountable for building a market-leading FP&A; practice that delivers insight-led decision support, predictive analytics, and measurable business outcomes for global clients.
The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, drive portfolio growth, shape next-generation FP&A; offerings, and build high-impact global FP&A; capabilities.

Responsibilities
FP&A; Strategy , Transformation & Practice Leadership
Define and lead the transformation and continuous improvement agenda in partnership with client and operations leadership, delivering measurable business outcomes across productivity, profitability, growth and client value
• Define and execute the global FP&A; vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Build differentiated FP&A; offerings across:
• Planning, budgeting & rolling forecasts
• Management reporting & performance analytics
• Cost, margin & productivity analytics
• Scenario planning & business resilience
• Workforce & headcount analytics
• Position FP&A; as a strategic CFO advisory capability,



not a reporting function

Client Advisory & Executive Engagement
• Serve as a strategic partner to client CFOs, CEOs, and Finance Leadership Teams
• Lead executive-level conversations on:
• Business performance and value creation
• Growth, profitability, and capital allocation
• Risk, volatility, and scenario planning
• Sponsor client governance forums (SteerCos, QBRs, Executive Reviews)

Transformation, Digital & Analytics Enablement
Define and lead the transformation and continuous improvement agenda in partnership with client and operations leadership, delivering measurable business outcomes across productivity, profitability, growth and client value.
