Role OverviewAs a Client Experience & Booking Executive,



you will be one of the first points of contact for customers enquiring about Sneakinn Home Care services.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, recommend the appropriate service, prepare estimates, follow up on enquiries, and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
You will manage conversations primarily through phone calls and WhatsApp, ensuring every customer receives prompt, knowledgeable, and qualified assistance.
This is a customer-facing role that combines client servicing, consultative sales, and booking coordination. The ideal candidate communicates confidently, follows up consistently, and can convert enquiries into bookings without using an aggressive sales approach.
