Experience : Candidate with 5-7 years’ experience in Regional Sales Office of Industrial products / Equipment. Kowledge of quotation preparation, tender bidding processes on line and Sales data maintenance in CRM or similar system is necessary. Must be positive in written and spoken English and spoken Hindi other than local language.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing timely and extensive support to customers and the Internal Sales Team, ensuring prompt submission of offers and quotations for all enquiries. Monitoring enquiries received, quotations submitted, and order follow-ups to streamline the process, reduce multiple follow-ups, and ensure error-free order execution.
• Preparing Cost Sheets, Quotations and Technical Offers and creating Associate & Direct Sales/Service Orders using ERP software.
• Handling customers across Karnataka & Tamil Nadu
• Coordinating with Principals, Internal Sales,



Accounts and Branch Coordinators for quotations, pricing, dispatch, delivery and order execution.
• Managing RFQs and online tenders through Ariba, GeM, VAATZ and other customer portals, including document download, cost preparation, price uploading, bid submission and offer entry in erp.
• Preparing INR & Foreign Currency offers (USD, EUR, etc.) and ensuring timely submission with required approvals and documents.
• Handling ASN generation through customer portals s
• Following up for PI, credit and outstanding payments and coordinating with Accounts for rejections and Credit/Debit Notes.
• Creating Invoices for Associate & Direct PO payments.
• Coordinating with Principals for delivery and dispatch follow-up.
• Handling Vendor Registration, Item ID Creation and Customer Master Creation.
• Raising PR requisitions for online tenders and EMD requirements.
