About the Role

We are looking for a creative and efficient Graphic Designer to join our team in Lake Gardens, Kolkata.
The designer will work across e-Solve Group, Rinncrest & Ocean Evoke, creating high-quality visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, products, and other digital communication.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand a creative brief, develop strong visual concepts, execute designs quickly, and maintain consistency across multiple brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, carousels, promotional creatives, campaign creatives, and other digital designs.
• Design content for LinkedIn and Instagram across multiple brands.
• Translate content calendars and creative briefs into visually compelling designs.
• Maintain different visual identities, styles, colours, typography, and brand guidelines for each brand.
• Create designs for product promotions, launches, campaigns, events,



and advertisements.
• Make creative adaptations and revisions quickly based on feedback.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to deliver creatives within deadlines.
• Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, editing, enhancement, and faster creative production.
• Keep up with current social media design trends and creative formats.
• Manage multiple design requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
