Role Description The Customer Support Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in India. This role involves responding to customer queries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. The Customer Support Officer will troubleshoot basic technical issues, provide clear guidance, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary. Daily responsibilities include tracking and documenting interactions,
maintaining service quality standards, and following defined processes and workflows. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience, monitoring customer feedback, and contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction, including managing expectations and following up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analytical Skills to understand customer problems, interpret data or logs, and identify root causes.
• Basic Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting common issues and using support tools or CRM systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
