Job Summary
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and technical support for Axtroid products at customer sites. The role requires strong hands-on technical skills, problem-solving ability, willingness to travel, and professional customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
· Visit customer locations for installation and commissioning of Axtroid equipment.
· Set up and configure 3D printers, 3D scanners, VR equipment, workstations, and other technical products.
· Perform testing and ensure equipment is functioning as per specifications.
· Complete installation and commissioning checklists and documentation.
· Diagnose hardware, mechanical, electrical,



software, and connectivity-related issues.
· Attend customer complaints and service requests within defined timelines.
· Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
· Carry out in office repairs, replacements, calibration, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
· Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance visits and inspect equipment for potential failures.
· Provide basic product training to customers and operators.
· Support customers in resolving basic technical issues remotely where possible.
· Maintain accurate service reports, equipment records, photographs, and service history.
· Maintain records of spare parts used and coordinate replacement requirements.
· Maintain service tools and equipment properly.
· Travel to customer locations across Goa and other parts of India as required.
· Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal technical team
