Role Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Product Designer to manage the entire lifecycle of our luxury lighting collections and bespoke installations. Key Responsibilities1. Concept Development & Research
• Ideation & Sketching: Conceptualize new lighting fixtures, home accessories,
and monumental installations through sketching and form exploration.
• Trend & Material Mapping: Research global luxury design trends, experimental techniques, and new material blends (glass, metals, stone, and ceramics).
• Visual Storytelling: Build comprehensive mood boards, material swatch collections, and design narratives that capture the signature Klove aesthetic.
2. Technical Design & Prototyping:
• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Generate complex, high-fidelity 3D models and realistic renders mapping product placement, scale shifts, and finishes.
• Technical Specifications: Translate design intents into precise 2D/3D technical drawings and explicit Bills of Materials (BOM) for the manufacturing floor
• Vendor & Artisan Coordination: Partner directly with traditional Indian glassblowers and manufacturing vendors to oversee prototyping, sampling, and quality control.
