We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about customers, technology, data and building great consumer products. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs,



identify product gaps and translate those insights into straightforward, intuitive and impactful product experiences.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Business and other teams to take products from problem discovery and ideation through execution, launch and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is curious, analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to go deep into customer problems, use data to make decisions and bring multiple teams together to get things done.

Expected Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and behaviour through customer conversations, data, market research and product insights, and identify opportunities to improve the product experience.
• Own product initiatives from problem identification and ideation through requirements, development, launch and post-launch optimisation.
