Position Overview
We are seeking a agile, commercially driven, and experienced Regional Head – Sales to lead EC-Council’s B2B business across the region. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships across the enterprise, channel, academia, and government segments.
The ideal candidate will be a strong sales leader with a proven track record in B2B sales across technology, cybersecurity, IT services, SaaS, training, or related solutions, with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders, build high-value relationships, develop channel ecosystems,



and lead teams to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. The Regional Head will have end-to-end ownership of regional sales performance, including revenue targets, pipeline development, team performance, and strategic growth across key B2B segments.

Job Responsibilities
• Own and drive regional revenue growth across Enterprise, Channel, Academia, and Government segments.
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy, go-to-market plans, and revenue targets in alignment with EC-Council’s global business objectives.
• Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline, ensuring effective forecasting, opportunity management, and consistent revenue conversion.
• Drive new customer acquisition, account growth, renewals, cross-sell, and strategic expansion by identifying opportunities across EC-Council’s broader solution portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CX
