• Student/Candidate Counseling & Preparation: Guide candidates on career paths, conduct mock interviews, and organize resume-building or skill-enhancement workshops.
• Placement Drive Coordination: Plan and execute end-to-end campus or lateral recruitment drives, managing schedules, facilities, and employer interactions.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of placed students/candidates, salary packages, and recruiting trends to report to senior management.
• Policy & Process Compliance: Ensure all placement activities follow institutional rules or company standards, maintaining fair and transparent access to opportunities.
