At Closer, we work with some of the most exciting brands in the Skincare, Wellness & Fitness space, helping them grow through Influencer Marketing & UGC Ads. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Manager to fuel our next phase of growth.
Experience: 2–3 years in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Influencer Marketing, Advertising, or Media)
Competitive fixed CTC + highly rewarding performance-based bonus structure
Direct incentives linked to deals closed and revenue generated
About the Role :
As a Business Development & Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You’ll play a key role in expanding Closer’s brand portfolio and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do :
• Identify and pursue current business opportunities in Influencer Marketing & UGC Ads
• Pitch Closer’s services and craft tailored proposals for brands
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of brands.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
• Collaborate with the Client Servicing team for smooth onboarding and execution
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and optimize sales strategies
What We’re Looking For :
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Influencer Marketing agency
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experienced in Influencer Marketing Agency is preferred
• Strong understanding of digital & influencer marketing
• Excellent communication, pitching & negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused
