Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Erode. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential customers, present product offerings, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the agricultural sector. Responsibilities include visiting customers in the field or at their place of business, explaining product benefits and usage, negotiating pricing and terms,



and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and sharing insights with internal teams to support product positioning and service improvements. The Sales Executive will also prepare regular sales reports, manage basic documentation, and collaborate with colleagues to meet individual and team objectives.
Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of agricultural products, farming practices, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills in relevant local languages and English, with clear and professional presentation abilities.
