We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our US-focused sales function, drive new client acquisition, and build a high-performing sales team.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales pipeline, closing deals, and leading the sales team targeting US businesses.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, preferably selling digital marketing, IT, SaaS, outsourcing, or professional services to US clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The person will be expected to actively participate in sales conversations and closing while also managing and improving the performance of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities




• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new US-based clients.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Generate and manage opportunities through outbound calling, cold email, LinkedIn, lead databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Personally handle key prospects and participate in discovery calls, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
• Sell iMarketo's digital marketing and related services to US businesses.
• Understand prospect requirements and recommend appropriate marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Monitor sales activities, conversion rates, pipeline value, revenue, and individual team performance.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and sales coaching sessions with team members.
