Channel Partner Manager – Study Abroad | upGrad We are hiring a Channel Partner Manager to onboard and manage Study Abroad Consultants and Education Agents. The role focuses on driving revenue by introducing and promoting upGrad’s Study Abroad portfolio through a strong B2B2C partner network.
1.Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, onboard, and train Study Abroad Consultants. Pitch and position upGrad’s Study Abroad portfolio effectively to potential partners. Drive enrollments and achieve regional revenue targets. Provide continuous support, training, and resources to maximize partner productivity. Monitor partner funnel, conversions, and revenue performance regularly. Build solid relationships and conduct regular performance reviews. Work closely with marketing, product, admissions, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner support. Track competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory updates in the study abroad space. Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred).
2+ years of experience in EdTech channel sales (Study Abroad preferred). Strong understanding of B2B2C sales. Proven track record of achieving targets. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, tracking, performance analysis). Strong presentation skills; proficient in PowerPoint or Canva. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfortable with field sales and frequent travel.
