We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern who wants hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Support attendance, leave, and HR documentation processes.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other required documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.




• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

What We're Looking For• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment practices.
• Proactive attitude with positive attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good to Have• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or HRMS platforms.
• Previous internship or project experience in HR.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
