? MANDATORY SKILLS:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales (v9)
• Hands-on experience in Entity Customization, Workflows, Forms, and Data Import/Export
• Experience developing and deploying custom C# processes
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
• Experience with Dynamics 365 solutioning and implementation best practices
• Good understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Basic knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based on business requirements.
• Work on Dynamics 365 Sales, entities, forms, workflows, and CRM customizations.
• Develop and deploy custom solutions using C# and JavaScript.
• Handle CRM data import/export activities.
• Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams and stakeholders.
• Follow Dynamics 365 implementation and solutioning best practices.
⭐ GOOD TO HAVE
• Experience with Zendesk and Jira
• MB-210 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant certification or equivalent
