Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Specialist – Employee Transportation role based in Chennai.



The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, implementing, and ensuring compliance across employee transportation and mobility operations.

The role will focus on ensuring that transport vendors, vehicles, drivers, routes, operational processes, employee safety practices, and statutory documentation comply with applicable laws, customer requirements, company policies, and contractual standards.

The Compliance Specialist will work closely with Operations, Business HR, Transport Operations, Vendor Management, EHS/Safety, Finance, and Customer teams to identify compliance gaps, assess operational risks, implement corrective actions, and maintain a strong compliance framework across employee transportation sites.
