Role Purpose
Costing professional with expertise in Product Costing, Inventory Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Audit, and SAP S/4HANA. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end product costing processes, inventory valuation, cost analysis, budgeting, and Budget Vs Actual analysis reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Driving accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Role involves executing monthly Cost Runs (CR) and Material Ledger (ML) Runs, performing standard and actual costing, and ensuring the integrity of costing master data, including BOMs, routings, yields, cycle times, work centers, and activity rates.
• Lead the analysis of material costs, COGS, purchase price variances (PPV), production overheads, and manufacturing cost trends. costing MIS, inventory reports, management dashboards, and KPI metrics to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cost audits,



and statutory compliance activities, while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Finance.

Qualification & Experience
• CMA (ICWA), CIMA, or MBA (Finance)
• 5-10 years of experience in Product Costing, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, or Plant Finance within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Data analysis, SAP/SAP S4HANA, Presentation tools
