About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Change Lead with strong expertise in Stakeholder Management to join the Advisory & Strategy team for the TEBS Holding Project.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and proven experience in managing organizational change, stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and communicate effective Change Management strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.
• Define the change vision and change acceptance strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of change initiatives.
• Identify and address resistance to change through effective engagement strategies.
• Analyze change impact, organizational readiness, and stakeholder expectations.




• Develop tailored strategies to maximize engagement and minimize business disruption.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and multiple teams to align change initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Identify the required skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms for successful organizational change.
• Track and measure progress toward the desired target state.
• Provide solutions to change-related challenges across teams.
• Continuously evaluate change processes and recommend improvements for sustainable adoption.

Required Skills
Must-Have:
• 10+ years of overall experience
• Strong expertise in Stakeholder Management – Advanced
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid experience in Change Management / Organizational Change
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and transformation initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and multiple teams
