Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Amreli, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Officer will manage relationships with existing customers, respond to inquiries, and provide timely customer service and support. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, visiting channel partners and retailers, promoting company products,



and executing sales operations such as order booking, follow-up, and collection coordination. The role involves collaborating with regional sales teams to achieve targets, preparing basic sales reports, and sharing market feedback on pricing, competition, and product performance. The Sales Officer will also participate in field activities, demonstrations, and local events to strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth.
Qualifications

• Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, including prospecting, follow-up, and basic reporting of sales activities.
• Experience or familiarity with Channel Sales, working with distributors, retailers, and other partners in the agribusiness or related sectors.
