About the Role

Vidwath Creative Solutions Ltd. is looking for a confident, well-spoken, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is critical to shaping the first impression clients, partners, and visitors have of Vidwath, and to keeping our day-to-day office operations running smoothly. This role is also known as Front Desk Executive, Front Office Executive, or Admin Executive in some organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and courteously
- Oversee front desk operations, courier handling, and visitor logs
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and documentation
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative support




- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings
- Ensure the reception area and office premises reflect a professional, welcoming environment

What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
- Ability to take ownership of front-desk responsibilities independently
- Prior experience in a front-desk, receptionist, or admin role is a plus
