Junior Data Analyst

This is a 6 day work week role based out of our Delhi office, with 1 day of work from home.
You should apply if you have:
• 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a similar analytics role.
• Good SQL skills with the ability to write queries involving joins, aggregations, CTEs, and basic window functions.
• Hands-on experience working with data from databases, spreadsheets, APIs, or other sources.
• Experience building or maintaining business dashboards using BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to understand business questions and translate them into structured analysis.
• Experience working with datasets and identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently on well-defined analytical tasks while asking the right questions when requirements are unclear.
• Solid attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• An AI-first mindset and willingness to use AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity.

• Prefer repetitive reporting and are not interested in understanding the business problem behind the numbers.
• Are uncomfortable working with SQL, Excel, dashboards, and datasets.
• Struggle to learn new tools or concepts independently.
