Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function and support organizational growth through strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development. This full time, on-site role based in Ranchi includes overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. The person in this role will handle employee relations,



grievance resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership on organizational design, managing compensation and benefits frameworks, and implementing HR best practices tailored to construction and project-based environments. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also guide HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, HRMIS data integrity, and support for health, safety, and training programs.
