• Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
• Good experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining scalable applications.
• Should have good understanding of Java 8+, OOP concepts, collections, exception handling, and multithreading.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Should be comfortable interacting with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.
