Role Description

Export Operations, Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

Position Objective

To manage and coordinate the complete export supply chain of Megh Overseas Pvt. Ltd., including procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, production coordination, export documentation, logistics, shipment execution, and delivery to overseas customers.

The role is responsible for ensuring right product, right quantity, right quality, right cost and right time,



while maintaining robust coordination between suppliers, warehouse, production, export sales, documentation, accounts, CHA, freight forwarders and overseas buyers.

1. Export Operations Management

* Manage the complete export order execution process from confirmed Purchase Order/Sales Order until shipment and delivery.
* Coordinate with Export Sales, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Accounts, Documentation and Logistics teams.
* Review export orders for product, quantity, packaging, labelling, shipment terms, delivery timelines and special buyer requirements.
* Prepare and monitor shipment planning and dispatch schedules.
* Ensure all export shipments are executed within committed timelines.
* Monitor pending export orders and identify delays, shortages or operational issues.
* Maintain an export order execution tracker with clear responsibility and deadlines.
