Role Description The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The CRM Manager will oversee the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including managing inquiries, coordinating site visits, tracking leads,



and ensuring timely follow-up to support sales conversion. This role involves implementing and optimizing CRM systems, maintaining accurate customer data, analyzing customer feedback, and preparing regular reports on customer engagement and satisfaction. The CRM Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to address customer concerns, streamline communication, and support smooth handover and post-sales service. The role also includes developing policies and processes that enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
