Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time role responsible for engaging prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels to promote various services. This hybrid position is based in the Greater Delhi Area, with a mix of office-based work and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, qualifying leads, explaining service offerings, and following up to close opportunities. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



addressing customer questions, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in training to stay current on products and market trends.

Qualifications
• Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior International calling experience is a must.
• Demonstrated Sales capabilities, such as lead qualification, negotiation, and appointment bookings.
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience, with a focus on responsiveness and issue resolution.
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs, applying new techniques to improve performance.
• Comfort using CRM systems and basic office productivity tools for call tracking and reporting.
