About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to handle incoming calls through our CRM, make outgoing calls to people who have requested a callback, and maintain timely follow-ups with prospective learners.




You will understand learners’ requirements, answer their questions, recommend suitable courses, and guide them through enrollment. The role requires strong communication skills, organised lead management, and a consistent approach to follow-ups and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handle Incoming Calls
• Receive and attend to incoming calls through the CRM.
• Answer questions about courses, fees, curriculum, mentor support, certification, and enrollment.
• Understand the caller’s learning goals and recommend relevant courses.
• Record important conversation details and update the lead status after each call.
• Coordinate with the relevant team for queries that require additional support.

2. Make Callback Calls
• Make outgoing calls to prospective learners who have requested a callback.
• Contact learners at their requested time wherever possible.
• Review available lead information before calling to make the conve
