About the RoleeNoah iSolution's SAP Practice delivers SAP Business One implementations and related services to mid-market manufacturing companies, primarily across South India, in partnership with Boyum IT Solutions (Beas Manufacturing and Produmex WMS add-ons), and also supports SAP S/4HANA (including S/4HANA Public Cloud) engagements. We are looking for an ERP Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition for SAP Business One, Beas Manufacturing, Produmex WMS, and SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on the manufacturing sector.
This is an individual-contributor-plus role with robust growth potential — the person will own a sales number, build and manage a qualified pipeline, and work closely with the SAP Practice leadership on go-to-market execution, including outbound campaigns and channel partnerships.




Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility and ownership for driving ERP sales in the allotted region — end-to-end, from lead/demand generation through to sales closure — while maintaining accurate data and timely reporting throughout.
1. New Business Development
• Identify, prospect, and qualify leads for SAP Business One, Beas Manufacturing, Produmex WMS, and SAP S/4HANA within the mid-market manufacturing segment across South India.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to closure, using structured prospect databases and outbound campaigns (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn).
• Convert marketing-qualified and self-sourced leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
2. Sales Cycle Ownership
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery calls, needs analysis, solution positioning, proposal/quotation preparation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
• Coordinate with pre-sales/solution consulta
